Absolutely! Our wedding and elopement charters typically take place on the Dampier Peninsula (Broome), but please get in touch if you have somewhere else in mind and we can see what we can do.
We can work with you to select a stunning, accessible location that suits your style. Please note that we may need to seek permission to land at certain locations, which will need to be factored into planning.
Can you help us find a celebrant or photographer?
While we don’t directly provide celebrants or photographers, we can recommend and connect you with trusted local professionals who specialise in elopements and destination weddings.
How many guests can we bring?
Our Robinson R44, which we typically use for weddings and elopements, can seat up to three passengers (weight dependent). We can work with you on logistics if you require multiple trips.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes, helicopter flights have strict weight limits for safety. We’ll confirm these details during your booking process.
When is the best time of year for a helicopter wedding in the Kimberley?
The dry season (May–September) offers ideal weather and the best chance of clear skies, though we can operate year-round depending on conditions.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe for flying, we will work with you to reschedule your flight. If we are unable to reschedule and have to cancel due to weather, you will be issued a full refund.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking several months in advance (especially for peak season) to secure your preferred date and location.
